NY NIGHT TRAIN’S THANKSGIVING PARTY
You ate dinner, you had your seconds, next fall by Enid’s for thirds! Any of you who fell by last year know that this Thanksgiving party is fine a reason to feel OK about staying in NYC for the holidays. Bring your leftovers for the potluck – and we’ll eat and drink and dance again until we can’t take it anymore. Your eccentric cousin Mr Jonathan Toubin will bust out the tunes and Enid’s will offer a bunch of amazing $5 specials: frozen Harrisons, hot dickens cider (say it out loud!), hot maple toddy, and tecate and tequila shot. Score! Pop Up Swap @ 3rd Ward
Saturday, November 21st:
Score! Pop Up Swap is basically a massive free store. The concept is simple:
1) Everyone brings their old music, clothes, books, housewares, misc. radness
2) The items are sorted by a team of ninja volunteers and set on display like a department store
3) Once they’ve donated their items, attendees are invited to browse departments and take as much as they can carry. Everything is free!
4) The remaining items are collected and donated to charity.
Over 1,300 people came to our first Score! Pop Up Swap (pics HERE) in May, and this time, it’s going to be even better. We’ve got sweet hand-printed Score! tote bag, live screen-printing during the event by Bread & Butter Collective, complimentary COLT 45 from 1-2pm, Mimosas & Bloody Mary’s available at the bar, a custom Score! Mixtape, and all proceeds from the event go to support City Harvest.
