Monkey Town is hosting an amazing event with Krts of new start up label, Orphaned Music, formed by indie-electronic artist/performer DAEDELUS. Krts will be performing a live indie-hiphop electronic set surrounded by Monkey Town’s 4 digital projectors, drinks, food and mass comfort. Graff-writer and film maker Knox will be doing a live VJ set complimenting and adding to the music and various live styles of Krts.
What also makes this night exclusive? It’s going to host Knox’s newest film, “Day in the Lyfe, The Movie”. For all of those that know of the graff zine, Day in the Lyfe, or know of Knox’s ill video for Madlib and MF DOOM (Madvillian) won’t want to miss this special 30-40 minute sneak preview of this dynamic, cultured, and well documented film of some of the best Graff writers working the night and day to “get up” in the illest spots around.
